The Quiet Wisdom of the Body
I had the privilege of meeting a woman today who reminded me, through the grace of her own pain, how important it is to really embrace life. Even while facing an uncertain future, she smiled when speaking of her garden back East, of the joy of putting her hands in the soil, of being close to family again. I have true faith that she will emerge from her challenge a changed and happy woman at peace. Her soul won't have it any other way.
I am reminded of how much work there is, thanks to my own attachment to it....and how little True living I allow myself to do. After all, what am I really working for? While I've been sharing for years about non-attachment through the art of mandala sand painting, in listening to her story I received the gift of re-connecting to actually enjoying the life I continue to create. Such simple blessings if I only watch for them...

Trouble sleeping...
I need the "clapper" for creativity.
