Guaranteed, if you are not satified with your purchase, please give us a chance to make it right for you. If your print has a defect, you may return your print within 30 days of shipping, for the same product. Be careful when you make your selections, that you are ordering the correct print.

Your order will be shipped via FedEx™ Ground, which is a 2 to 7 day delivery to most domestic destinations, insured with delivery and tracking confirmation.

A flat rate of $10.00 USD will be charged for purchases under $40.00 USD, Domestic shipping (in the United States) will be free for orders over $80.00.

Payment Options
For online purchases, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard.

ETA and Shipping Time
Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order and b) time used by carrier to deliver the package.
Non-Delivered Orders Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.

Backorders and Substitutions
We strive for a 100% in stock inventory, but occasionally we may temporarily be out of an item. If an item in a food unit is out of stock, we will substitute with another item of equal or greater value. Backorders will be shipped within the time noted on your invoice.

Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. For freight truck deliveries, ask the driver for an "exception number" prior to his departure. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.

We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but…sometimes, despite our best efforts, we goof. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake.
